Reporting a Claim

During business hours, you can contact us directly to report a claim; after hours, you can leave us a voicemail or fax the information. We will respond to you as quickly as possible!

You can also contact our companies directly to file a new claim or check on an existing claim. Many companies have a toll free number for 24 hour claim reporting. Contact information for many of our companies are listed below.

What to do if you've had an accident or loss

The more information you can obtain, the better we can handle your claim.

• Note the location, date & time of the incident.
• Collect the name, address & phone of anyone involved, or any witnesses.
• In a vehicle accident, you may be asked for your vehicle identification number and driver's license number. You should take notes about the accident, including specific damages to all vehicles involved, witness information, etc.
• Document the loss with pictures, repair estimates, and a police report if available.
• Protect the property from further loss and report the claim immediately.
