Richard has over 25 years insurance experience as an underwriter, account executive and independent insurance agent and broker; he is licensed in over 40 states. Richard is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Underwriting Designation, member of Professional Insurance Agents Association, Society of CPCU, and Insurance Club of Pittsburgh.

Jim has more than 25 years insurance experience as an underwriter, account executive, managing general agent, insurance agent, and broker. He has a BS Degree from West Liberty University and is a member of the Professional Insurance Agents of America and Insurance Club of Pittsburgh.

Jim is an accredited Adviser in Insurance Designation with over 44 years insurance experience as an underwriter, general manager, sales manager, account executive and independent insurance agent, broker and surplus lines broker. He's licensed in multiple states and specializes in serving unique insurance needs and difficult to place coverage.

Steve has 25+ years in the insurance industry. He began his career in the loss control field, then moved into underwriting and marketing for various insurance carriers. After 10 years on the company side Steve transitioned into the agency/sales field where he has been for the past 15+ years. Steve's underwriting and safety background are a great asset for new and existing clients.

With over 30 years of Property Casualty Insurance Experience, Mike is well versed in Life, Health, Supplements and overall Benefit design. He's held titles such as Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Payroll Deduction Officer for a Publicly Traded Company and ultimately 10 years as an Agency Owner.

John joined Exchange Underwriters, Inc. in 2007 and specializes in commercial property and casualty insurance. Prior to working for Exchange Underwriters, Inc. John was with Liberty Mutual as a Senior Account Representing the Middle Market Commercial Insurance Department. John received a BA degree from California University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from William Carey College.

Debbie is a licensed insurance agent with over 15 years experience in the insurance business with both personal lines and commercial lines.
